Question Deadline: Mon Apr 3, 2023 11:59:00 PM (EDT) Duration in months: 36 Provide hourly rates for HVAC and Refrigeration and Air Conditioning work on campus. HVAC & Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning work includes, but is not limited to: mechanical refrigeration and heat pump systems including controls, refrigerant piping, handling, and disposal of refrigerant. The work is as described, but is not limited to: the provision of labour, products, tools, construction machinery and equipment, transportation, and other facilities and services necessary to assist its maintenance and repair operations on an as needed basis. Contractor must be able to respond to and complete work in a timely manner. Services described in this proposal may be subject to minimum response time and may be required for calls 24 hrs/day, 7 days a week.
