The Town of Salem NH will republish the Pickleball Courts Bid at a later date You are cordially invited to submit a proposal for the Salem NH, Recreation Department in accordance with the attached specifications, terms, and conditions listed in RFP Pickleball Courts The Town of Salem NH is requesting proposals/bids from qualified design-build firms to construct five (5) regulation sized pickleball courts and to resurface four (4) tennis courts at Michele Memorial Park, in Salem, NH from contractors to supply all permits, materials, analysis results, and equipment as necessary and required to perform any/all of this service SCOPE OF SERVICES
The purpose of this RFP, the objective is to obtain proposals from qualified persons, firms or
corporations, hereafter referred to as "Contractor", to provide professional design and build
services to furnish and construct five (5) new concrete pickle ball courts, versus a comparative
cost analysis of relining and crack replacement on the four (4) existing tennis courts to include
all prepped, finished site preparation, excavation, all grading, court laying, draining, court
surfacing/texturing, fencing, and site accessories/amenities, as per specifications in this RFP.
Pricing should be separated and itemized per accessory or amenity and should include individual
fee amounts. The project will also include perimeter and court separation, fencing, court
materials and final ground grading and seeding next to pickleball and already established tennis
courts at Michele Memorial Park. Any questions or inquiries must be submitted in writing and must be received by the Purchasing Department
no later than seven (7) calendar days before the Request for Proposal due date to be considered. Any changes
to the Request for Proposal will be provided to all bidders of record.
