A timeline for award has not yet been established.** This project consists of pressure washing and painting the City of Moses Lake Reservoir #6 located at 3029 Road N NE with an approved epoxy paint system. A magnetically attached telemetry antenna will be temporarily relocated on the roof and will remain in service throughout the project. The steel ladder cage will be cut and removed from the reservoir ladder. A new 40-foot diameter latex printed City Logo will also be installed. The Contractor will be responsible for all overspray claims. The reservoir is approximately 152 ft. tall and has a diameter of approximately 48 ft. The base joint seal will be cleaned and sealed, and nonstructural concrete patch will be installed on the foundation. Contractors interested in submitting a bid are encouraged to schedule an on-site meeting with the project Engineer to better understand the scope of work.
