The City of South Bay (City), a municipality located in Palm Beach County, Florida requests qualifications from interested firms (the Consultant) to provide Professional Services for the scope of services detailed below. Florida law requires the City to determine a consultant qualifications to perform services prior to engagement. The City will evaluate submitted proposals against the criteria outlined in this RFQ in order to make its determination. The City intends to award a contract to the selected Consultant to provide the services outlined in this RFQ. The City was awarded $2,080,000 in funding under the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity Repair Grant Program, which is funded through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) program. This project will be fully funded with Federal funds and is subject to the Federal laws and regulations associated with the CDBGDR program The City reserves the right to reject late submissions, in the sole discretion of the City Manager or his designee. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
