This Addendum is issued to all registered plan holders pursuant to the Instructions to Bidders and Conditions of the Contract. This Addendum serves to clarify, revise, and supersede information in the Project Manual, Drawings, and previously issued Addenda. Portions of the Addendum affecting the Contract Documents will be incorporated into the Contract by enumeration of the Addendum in the Owner/Contractor Agreement. CWLP is looking to purchase an estimated fourteen (14) 145 kV, SF6 circuit breakers over a seven (7) year contract. CWLP chooses not to specify an exact quantity per year due to the possibility of unforeseeable constraints throughout the contract's term. CWLP will work with successful bidder to provide a specific quantity at an appropriate time, to account for the current lead times that will allow delivery of units within the appropriate fiscal year for the City of Springfield, each year.. Each bidder shall acknowledge receipt of this Addendum by their signature below and shall include a copy of this Addendum Acknowledgment Form at the end of Section III of the REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
