Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, construction is not expected to start prior to January of 2024. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The successful firm will work with the COM to help ensure reasonable and practical design, and quality construction management to include pre-construction cost estimating services, trade contractor bidding and negotiation, and management of construction. The sample contract attached to this RFP as Exhibit 8 includes the complete scope of services to be performed by the CMAR.
