Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Memphis, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The City of Bartlett and Singleton Community Center is seeking bids to replace the old fire panel, installing fire alarm pulls, horns and strobe lights according to the NFPA 72 Standards.in each designated area. The fire alarm system will be a split-system, one for the main building and one for the gymnasium. Contractor shall provide all materials and labor required to complete the project as per the written specifications. Questions regarding the Bid documents must be emailed to Cassi Montoya at cmontoya@cityofbartlett.org and must be received no later than NOON, (Central Time) on April 17, 2023.
