For review and approval to award a Contract for Construction for the following project: HANOVER TOWNSHIP ROAD DE-ICING MATERIAL STORAGE SHED 29309 STATE ROUTE 30 HANOVERTON, OHIO, 44423 COLUMBIANA COUNTY A bid bond or certified check in the amount of 10% of the proposal must accompany each bid as a condition that if a proposal is accepted, a contract will be entered into, and an acceptable bond in the amount of 100% of the contract will be furnished to guarantee performance of the contract in accordance with plans and specifications. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after closing time for receiving bids. This Project will be bid as a Single Prime Contract.
