The following intergovernmental agreements apply to this tender: Quebec-Ontario Agreement (ACCQO) / Quebec-New York Agreement (AQNY) / Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). In the event that the services of a private courier are used, the label must be affixed to the envelope provided by the courier. In addition, the Bidder must indicate their name and address at the top left corner.
