**As of June 7,2023, project was awarded to Hannula Landscaping and Irrigation, awarded amount is $1,461,525.63.** Irrigation renovations are included for the areas landscaped. Work also includes modification of an existing wall at North Road and replacement of the existing fence near the Radio Road entrance with new ornamental fence. Contract time will be one hundred twenty (120) consecutive calendar days from the receipt of Notice-to-Proceed to Substantial Completion. The project generally consists of improvements to the existing landscaping on the eastern perimeter of Naples Airport property along Airport Pulling Road, including the entries at Radio Road (Aviation Dr. North) and Aviation Dr. South, and two corner signage areas at Corporate Flight Drive and North Road. Work also includes modification of an existing wall at North Road and replacement of the existing fence near the Radio Road entrance with new ornamental fence No bid may be withdrawn after closing time for the receipt of proposals for a period of ninety (90) days. Proposers are encouraged to monitor the Naples Website for posting of Addenda up until the submittal deadline. All Bidders must be licensed in accordance with Florida Laws.
