At the City's request, the successful bidder proceeds with the modification and repair of driveways on its territory. This work therefore consists of modifying, enlarging, repairing, partially or totally closing certain portions of sidewalks and curbs. The successful bidder must provide the labour, materials and tools required to carry out the sidewalk and curb work, all in accordance with the clauses of the call for tenders. Without limitation, the work includes : - protection of existing structures; - traffic management and maintenance; - excavation and demolition of existing structures; - the preparation of the ground; - the foundation under the sidewalk (or curb); - formwork; - placement of concrete, including joints, finishing, curing and protection of concrete; - the repair of the street pavement; - cleaning and restoration of the premises (repair of private entrances, sodding, etc.).
