Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The City of Palm Beach Gardens is seeking offers from qualified general contractors to construct certain roadway and pedestrian modifications along the north side of Kyoto Gardens Drive from Military Trail to Alternate A1A, under a Florida Department of Transportation LAP Project. It is the responsibility of the contractor to ensure all relevant information is included in its offer. All contractors are advised to carefully examine the requirements of the Invitation to Bid. Any questions regarding the completeness or substance of the requirements must be submitted in writing via the e-procurement platform. The City of Palm Beach Gardens reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses, in whole or in part, with or without cause, to waive any irregularities and/or technicalities, and to award the contract on such terms and conditions it deems will best serve the interests of the City.
