Provide all labor, Materials, Equipment and incidentals required to prepare site to final grade, install landscape trees, plants, sod and irrigation systems in accordance with the Plans and as specified. These Specifications are inclusive of a required guarantee, replacements, clean-up, maintenance services, and maintenance of traffic, all of which shall be included in the unit bid price for each tree. These Specifications apply to all projects throughout Palm Beach County assigned to the Contractor. For projects with construction costs of $20,000,000 or greater, the threshold amount of expenditures for apprentices which must be paid to qualify for the incentive shall increase to $50,000 and the maximum reimbursement payment to $200,000. A 20% SBE subcontracting participation goal is established for this Contract. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The project consists of +- 3,500 linear feet of 8-foot wide asphalt Sidewalk along the north side of Hood Road from the east side of Briarlake Drive to west of the Florida Turnpike. The work includes Striping and a channelized right turn lane at the entrance of the Newly developed Trevi Isles community, just west of the Florida Turnpike.
