No bids may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the scheduled closing date for the receipt of bids. Bidder acknowledges that it will be capable of providing insurance coverages as required in these documents. SUA reserves the right to reject any or all bids with or without cause, to waive technical errors and informalities, or to accept the bid, which in its judgment best serves the public interest.
