The work to be performed shall consist of furnishing all materials, labor and equipment necessary to construct approximately 106,000 lineal feet of asphalt crack seal. All work will be conducted in accordance with the contract documents. Bids must be submitted on the proposal form furnished by the City of The Dalles and shall bear the signature of the Bidder. The project is to be completed by June 30, 2023 The City may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all bids or bid schedules upona finding of the City it is in the public interest to do so in accordance with ORS 279B.100. The City also reserves the right to waive any informality in connection with said bid or to postpone the award of the contract for sixty days.
