All bidders must be licensed contractors in the State of Tennessee in strict accordance with state regulations Each bidder Must deposit (With his bid) Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) Of the amount of the bid and subject to the Conditions provided in the information for bidders. No bidder May withdraw his bid for sixty (60) Days following the bid Opening. The city of dickson reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any Irregularities in a bid, to make awards to more than one bidder, to accept any Part of or all of a bid, or to accept that bid Or bids which in the judgement of the governing authority is in the best interest of the city of dickson.
