Proposal - General Engineering Services - Civil, Structural, Architectural (GES-12) (Project #-1373-12) (Alexis) - Engineering The NEORSD is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for professional services contracts for General Engineering Services - Civil, Structural, Architectural (GES-12) The purpose of the General Engineering Services (GES) Contracts is to provide a contract mechanism for professional services for a wide variety of minor tasks on an as needed basis where the time and expense of issuing and administering Requests for Proposals is prohibitive. - GES- Civil, Structural, Architectural (GES-12) - is for General Engineering Services that are of an Architectural or Structural nature. It will have a value of $1,500,000. The District will award the GES-12 Contract for $1,500,000.00 over a time period of approximately three years. (TD) 15% 5% Late submittals will not be considered. Proposals not meeting the requirements of this RFP may be deemed non-responsive at the sole discretion of the District. All interested consultants including MBE, WBE and SBEs may want to attend this meeting in order to obtain a better understanding of the Contract and their possible role either as a sub-consultant or a prime.
