Owner right is reserved to cancel this solicitation, waive any irregularities or informalities, or reject any or all Bids not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, or if Owner finds a Bidder has not demonstrated its responsibility to Owner as required by Owner may also reject for good cause all Bids upon a finding by the Owner that it is in the public interest to do so Owner may not receive or consider a bid unless the Bidder is licensed by the Construction Contractor's Board. Licensing under ORS 468A.720 is not required for the Project The Work is a public works project subject to the Prevailing Wage Rate provisions of ORS 279C.800 to ORS 279C.870 The estimated construction cost of the Work is approximately $16M The Work will be substantially complete within 640 calendar days from the date when the Contract Times commence to run Each Bid must be submitted on the prescribed Bid Form and shall be accompanied by a certified or cashier check or Bid Bond in the amount of 10 percent of the Lump Sum Price payable to Owner as a guarantee that the Bidder, if its Bid is accepted, will promptly execute the Agreement. A Bid shall not be considered unless one of the forms of the Bidder's security is enclosed with it
