The City of De Soto, MO seeks proposals for design and construction of six new Pickleball Courts at the intersection of Rock Road and South Thomas Street. The City of De Soto, MO seeks proposals for design and construction of six new pickleball courts and associated site improvements including a 204' x 64' foot concrete playing surface, surfacing and lining of the six new pickleball courts, installation of fencing, permanent nets, additional parking, steps to access the new courts and ramps to access the new courts meeting ADA requirements, and stormwater drainage. The City seeks a firm that is capable of completing this project by June 16, 2023 in a good and workmanlike manner in accordance with the 2020 Construction Manual and Standards of the American Sports Builders Association (ASBA), USA Pickleball (USAP), and applicable state and federal ADA standards.
