Site work for a water / sewer project in Desoto, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The purpose of the project is to eliminate storm water from entering the sanitary sewer system. The Contractor awarded the project will be required to photograph each repair prior to starting the repair and after the repair is complete. These photos will be added to the ARC GIS Map. The City will issue a license to the Contractor that will allow them to do this. Cochran will instruct Contractor on how to do this. NOTE: Prevailing wage rates will not apply if the total cost of the project is less than $75,000. Certified payrolls will not be required to be submitted with pay applications for projects totaling under $75,000. We anticipate this project will be under the $75,000 threshold. The Scope of Work includes installing vented caps on existing cleanouts, manhole lid repair, manhole replacement, drain re-routing and other incidental items and work described in the Project Manual, or reasonably inferable therefrom.
