Reference Number - 0000313883 This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued by the UCHealth - Yampa Valley Medical Center ("YVMC") and the City of Steamboat Springs ("SBS"). Note that this is a joint development between YVMC and SBS (collectively referred to as "Owner"). Proposals will only be received and evaluated by the Owner, from a select list of Construction Manager/General Contractor firms as determined by the Owner. Be aware, this RFP / Project will not have a joint owner agreement, YVMC will have its own contract and so will the SBS.
