Site work and paving for a road / highway in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) and accompanying specifications are to provide instructions and assistance in submitting a bid response to provide hot mix asphalt pavement (overlay) over existing roadways for Routt County. Please see the Scope of Work/Specifications for further detail. The objective is to have a fully executed contract by April 28, 2023 with work completed not later than October 6, 2023. All bid response envelopes should be clearly marked "IFB-789 Overlay 2023 . Routt County Board of County Commissioners (BCC) reserves the right to reject any or all bid or proposal responses and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in bid or proposal responses received, and to accept any portion of the bid or proposal response that is deemed to be in the best interest of Routt County.
