Site work for a mixed-use development in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
As of July 30, 2024, this project is expected to begin construction in the fall of 2024. Reference Number 0000312460 The City of Steamboat Springs is seeking Requests for Proposals (RFP) for design services from qualified firms for civil engineering, infrastructure design, park design, river and streambank improvements along the Yampa River in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. The project area is largely defined by the master plan for Bear River Park (see attached). This master plan identifies the required elements that will be incorporated into the final park design. Additionally, this design will create interconnectivity with two of the neighboring properties via a restricted access for emergency service vehicles.
