The solicitation of the following scopes are included with this bid package: Earthwork & Utilities Building & Site Concrete Structural/Miscellaneous Steel & Erection Elevator Fire Sprinklers Alerting System Questions are due by 2-17-2023, 5:00 PM to the construction manager. Direct all bids/inquiries to the construction manager. Memo #1 has been issued as of 2-28-2023. MEMO #1 Answers to pre-bid questions and an updated construction schedule has been posted to the online plan room under the General Documents folder, all bidders must acknowledge this Memo on their proposals.
