PRESOLICITATION NOTICE This document serves as notification of an upcoming solicitation for a construction project - Project 610A4-23-513, Conduct Boiler Tank Inspection It is the intention of the VA Northern Indiana Health Care System -Fort Wayne Campus to solicit bids for the following: Contractor shall provide all needed labor, materials, parts (to Include system components), Supervision, Project Management, Equipment, Quality and Safety Assurance, and all other necessary resources required to conduct a Nondestructive Testing of the Deaerator (DA) and condensate tanks in the Boiler Plant. All work to be completed at the VA Northern Indiana Health Care System -Fort Wayne Campus located at 2121 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne, IN 46805 Work to be completed within Thirty (30) calendar days from notice to proceed. This project will be procured as 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) used for this requirement is 238220, Plumbing, Heating and Air-Conditioning Contractors with a standard size of $19M. The magnitude of this construction project is less than $25,000. Contract awardee shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, training, materials, supplies, and incidentals necessary to accomplish the work in accordance with the terms, conditions, specifications & drawings provided. The VA will issue an IFB on or about 31 March 2023 . A site visit will be scheduled prior to the closing of solicitation, and the date, time and location will be posted in the solicitation.
