o Demolition and removal of existing swings o Excavation of existing area and removal of all debris o Installation of 3 bay swing with 7' top rail o Construction of Substrate 4" of compacted aggregate o Construction and installation of poured in place surfacing o Purchase / Provide 3 bay swings with inclusive swing options o Install 4 sump drains in playground area. Includes - cutting PIP, cutting concrete subbase, excavation of dirt/soil to create drain 2' W x 4' D drain rock wrapped in filter fabric and patching/repair of PIP o Provide temporary security fencing around job site The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
