The Everett Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites written Price Quotes from Contractors for the Basement Fire Alarm Installation in Everett, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by Lighthouse Architecture and JB Engineering and all incidental work necessary to complete the Project The Project consists of: the installation of additional heats, horn strobes, and pull stations to provide fire alarm coverage for basement storage units at buildings, 3-7 Whittier Drive Everett, MA 02149, 17-19 Whittier Drive Everett, MA 02149 and 261-259 Shute St Everett, MA 0214 as by tier 2 drawing from JB Engineering. The devices that are being installed are (1) Fire alarm Access Panel, (16) heat detectors, (2) pull stations and (8) horn strobes. For specifications and locations, please see attached plans for manufacturer and model and part numbers.
