As of May 15, 2023, project was awarded to Coreland Construction Corp., awarded amount is $583,915.20. The Town of Cutler Bay is currently advertising an Invitation to Bid (ITB) No. 23-06 for: "WHISPERING PINES PARK PERVIOUS TURF BLOCK AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT" for the Town's Public Works Department.The improvements include required drainage improvements as well as any necessary asphalt resurfacing, sidewalk repairs and improvements, and pavement markings. ITB #22-01 To be considered, all interested parties must acquire a copy of the ITB documents and submit an original and three (3) copies, plus a readable/reproducible flash drive of the required information and documents in one (1) sealed package clearly marked "ITB No. 23-06 WHISPERING PINES PARK PERVIOUS TURF BLOCK AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT". Late submittals and facsimile submissions will not be considered. The proposer shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of the proposal.
