Demolition, site work, remodeling and addition to a fire / police facility in Liberty, Missouri. Completed plans call for the remodel of a fire / police facility; for the addition of a fire / police facility; for the demolition of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
Fire Station No. 3 (Project 1) Design/Build Specifications Contractor is responsible for the construction to meet all applicable building, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and fire codes of the City of Liberty. Contractor shall provide one (1) full set of conceptual plans as part of the proposal. Each set of plans and associated paperwork shall provide sufficient details for the City to make a fair and reasonable understanding of materials and method(s) of construction to be utilized in the project. One set of the Citys specifications shall be completed and returned with the bid. Questions about the RFP and scheduling of site visits must be submitted in writing and include; the company name and RFP name to: John Mills , Fire Chief at jmills@libertymo.gov The Design/Build remodel and expansion of City of Liberty Fire Station No. 3. Refer to the full RFP document for a more complete description of the project.
