Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Whistler, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

Installation of packaged sanitary pump station and associated electrical work including an electrical kiosk, conduit connections, and a connection to a BC Hydro pad mounted transformer (to be completed by BC Hydro). Additionally, the scope of work includes connection of a gravity sewer from the Rainbow Park washroom to the pump station, connection of a section of pipe from the pump station to the existing forcemain, tie in of the existing forcemain to the existing Alta Lake Road manhole, re-benching of the existing manhole and excavation and/or drilling and blasting of rock to complete excavation and trench work. Not awarded. Plans to re-tender has not been determined.
