Removal of the existing monument entrance sign, foundation, and adjacent landscaping/mulch at each of the three schools. 2. Excavate and install new reinforced concrete foundations, reinforced masonry walls, cast stone plank sides and tops, and provide and install a sign cabinet. 3. Place topsoil and grass seed in the disturbed areas around the new signs to blend with the adjacent lawn area.
