HAINE ELEMENTARY & MIDDLE SCHOOL - 1516 Haine School Road, Cranberry Township, PA 16066 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Summary Scope Description: 1. Removal of the existing monument entrance sign, foundation, and adjacent landscaping/mulch at each of the three schools. 2. Excavate and install new reinforced concrete foundations, reinforced masonry walls, cast stone plank sides and tops, and provide and install a sign cabinet. 3. Place topsoil and grass seed in the disturbed areas around the new signs to blend with the adjacent lawn area.
