The goal for DBE set by the North Dakota Aeronautics Commission & North Dakota General Aviation Airports is 3.47% of the total dollar value of the project. Bidders on this work will be required to comply with the Tribal Equal Rights Office Ordinance No. 165. The requirements of the bidders and contractors, as well as the TERO Fee, under this order are explained in the specifications. Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful Bidder will be required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds of 100 percent of bid amount. Contractors may be requested to submit "Contractor's Qualification Statement". The Standing Rock Sioux Tribe reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the Tribe.
