The Standing Rock Sioux Tribe will accept bids from qualified contractors for the construction of Fort Yates PRV Vaults on the Standing Rock Reservation, Sioux County, North Dakota. The scope of work includes furnishing all labor, equipment and materials for the construction of 2 new community pressure reducing valve (PRV) Vaults, 214 feet chain link fencing, (2) 4-foot fence gates, 577 cubic yards of combined dirt work at PRV Vault locations, (8) 6 inch gate valves, (1) 8 inch gate valve, (1) 12x6 Stainless Steel Tapping Sleeve, 358 linear feet of 6 inch PVC SDR 21 water main, 63 linear feet of 8-inch PVC SDR 21 water main, 142 square yards of 6 inch rip rap for drainage ditches, 1233 square yards of seeding and erosion control blankets, (2) cutting and capping existing 12 inch water mains, and abandonment of (1) existing gate valve. The total contract price will not be increased without prior authorization from the Owner via the change order process
