Stage II Bidding 3/30/23 Prior to 3:00PM BP 5.1 Metal Building* BP 32.1 Site Concrete, Pavement Markings, and Misc. Site metals* *Indicates FORMA intends to bid Demolition of the existing administration building, construction of a permanent storage metal structure, renovation of the existing maintenance building and surrounding site work/ civil upgrades. Phase 1 Underground Electrical and Mechanical infrastructure. Phase 2 will be demolishing the existing Administration building in preparation for a newly paved employee parking lot, constructing two new infiltration galleries, and installing a gravity retaining wall at the grade change between the new parking lot and existing entrance. In accordance with RCW 39.04.320 the state of Washington requires 15% apprenticeship participation. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities
