Demolition of the existing administration building, construction of a permanent storage metal structure, renovation of the existing maintenance building and surrounding site work/ civil upgrades. Phase 1 Underground Electrical and Mechanical infrastructure. Phase 2 will be demolishing the existing Administration building in preparation for a newly paved employee parking lot, constructing two new infiltration galleries, and installing a gravity retaining wall at the grade change between the new parking lot and existing entrance.
