Site work and paving for a road / highway in Amsterdam, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Sealed proposals will be received by the undersigned for furnishing and delivering f.o.b. to the Town of Perth Highway Department, 856 Midline Road, Amsterdam, New York 12010 Materials, equipment and labor to resurface with asphalt concrete various streets within the Town of Perth. In order to assure quality resurfacing, the paving materials shall not be transported any more than fifteen (15) miles from the streets to be resurfaced. The successful bidder will be required to execute the contract. The Perth Town Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or portions thereof. Each bid must contain a Non-Collusion Certificate per General Municipal Law and a Hold Harmless Agreement.
