Reference Number 0000314774 Questions are submitted online Yes The envelopes containing the bids must be sealed, addressed to the Common Council of the City of Amsterdam, 61 Church Street, Amsterdam, New York, and designated as Bid for: CHEMICALS FOR AMSTERDAM WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT AMSTERDAM, NEW YORK: Liquid Chlorine (Sodium Hypochlorite 12.5% by weight and 15% by volume) 4500 Gallon Deliveries Approximately 13,500 gallons total, separated into two periods (approximately 6,750 gallons/period). Two Periods: Period 1: April 12-July 31 Period 2: August 1- October 31 Potassium Permanganate (free flowing material) 275.58 lb Deliveries Approximately 1,100 lbs April 12 2023 - April 11 2024. The Owner may consider informal any bid not prepared and submitted in accordance with the provisions hereof and may waive any informalities or reject any and all bids. Any bid may be withdrawn prior to the above scheduled time for the opening of bids or authorized postponement thereof. Any bids received after the time and date specified shall not be considered.
