Renovation of an educational facility in Muskegon, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Muskegon Community College is seeking and accepting proposals from qualified Contractors for the delivery and installation pursuant to the specification attached to this RFP. The stem wall on the northwest side of the facility (referred to the former Muskegon Chronicle Building) requires work to infill and support the stem wall(s). This is a single source turnkey project. In Summer 2021, the City of Muskegon updated the alley infrastructure north of the facility. During the excavation work, it was found that the outer wall section of the building was exposed and installed incorrectly. There are voids between the vertical wall structure and foundation.
