Site work for a water / sewer project in Muskegon, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing the following: Removal and replacement of a lake level control structure in Wolf Lake, ditch cleaning, including the removal and replacement of five (5) culvert crossings along the ditch being cleaned. Including all necessary appurtenances and restoration. A bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check payable to the Lake County Road Commission in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total price shall accompany each bid. This surety shall bind the bidder for a period of thirty (30) days after the receipt of bids The project shall be substantially completed by August 25, 2023. Final completion, including all punchlist items addressed, shall be by October 27, 2023. The contract may be extended to Spring 2024 if necessary, for additional restoration work.
