The successful bidder will be required to submit a faithful performance bond, payment bond, and liability and workers compensation insurance with the contract. Each bid must be accompanied by a surety bond payable to County of Los Angeles in an amount equal to at least 10 percent of the bid to guarantee that the bidder will enter into the contract if it is so awarded. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
