The project involves all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and services necessary to construct an addition to the Webster County Senior Center. The project to be constructed and pursuant to this Contract will be financed with assistance from the Kentucky Community Development Block Grant Program and is subject to all applicable Federal laws and regulations. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Project consists of an addition to the existing Senior Center. B. Type of Contract: 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing on the outside the name of the bidder, address, and the name of the project for which the bid is submitted. Only the original Form of Proposal is required, no additional copies are required. If a bidder wishes to mail a bid, it should be mailed to Webster County Fiscal Court, PO Box 155, Dixon, KY 42409, to the attention of Judge/Executive Steve Henry. If bid is mailed, it must be received prior to the bid time and date noted. Facsimile bids will NOT be allowed. Bids received after the deadline will not be opened. If forwarded by mail, the sealed envelope containing the bid must be enclosed in another envelope addressed as specified.
