PROJECT: Ceiling Restoration - Music & Choral - Building J ADDRESS: 2000 Fifth Avenue, River Grove, IL 60171 BASE BID A - SCAFFOLDING: Contractor shall furnish and install platform scaffolding. Scaffolding shall remain in place for one month for use by other trades. BASE BID B - SPRAY APPLIED SOUND ATTENUATING CEILINGS/WALLS REMOVAL & REINSTALLATION: Contractor shall remove all existing spray applied sound attenuating material on ceilings and walls. After the completion of HVAC work by a separate contractor is complete, the sound attenuating contractor shall, furnish and install new spray applied attenuating treatment. Note that scaffolding to be used is furnished by a separate contractor BASE BID C - SUPPLY & RETURN GRILL LOWERING: Contractor shall carefully remove for reinstallation later, all ceiling mounted HVAC supply and return grilles. Reinstall all existing supply and return grills 6" lower. Note that scaffolding to be used is furnished by a separate contractor.
