Site work for a mixed-use development in Fairfield, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a golf course.
As of May 19, 2023, project was awarded to Toppshape Ent , awarded amount is $191,282.75. Start date anticipated for mid 2024, complete by late 2024. The City of Fairfield, Ohio, is requesting proposals and statements of qualifications from firms who offer Golf Course Bunker Rebuilding Services. It is the intention of the City to contract the services of a firm that at a minimum, will provide: Golf Course Bunker Rebuilding Services which will be aesthetically pleasing and aid in maintenance practices. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposals received or to accept any proposal which is deemed most favorable to the City of Fairfield, Ohio.
