DDC WAY WATER MAIN AND MEIJER/SOUTH GILMORE PRV Each bid must be accompanied by the following completed documents: Bid Bond (Certified Check or Cashier's Check for ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid submitted unless otherwise specified) Non-Collusion Affidavit Affidavit of Non-Delinquency of Personal Property Taxes Bids cannot be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days following the bid opening. The City anticipates the contract will be awarded and the notice to proceed will be issued in October 2023. All work must be completed within one-hundred and twenty (120) calendar days after the issuance of Notice to Proceed. The City of Fairfield reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to correct or waive irregularities in bids should it be deemed in the best interest of the City of Fairfield, Ohio to do so.
