Any bid exceeding $10,000.00, which does not have either a cashier's check or bond at bid opening, shall not be considered. Each property shall be bid individually. All utility connections must be disconnected and secured. All debris and accumulation of materials resulting from demolition or any building shall be removed from the premises and disposed of properly. Grade lot to prevent standing of water.
