Phase 1 will consist of site work, retaining walls, concrete stairs, and flatwork as well as railings to create a new Beer Garden area for football games. GC must demonstrate recent experience in the construction of projects of similar size and type. GC shall provide complete construction services for a turnkey project ready to occupy for use by Owner as referenced in the Minimum Requirements of the advertisement. The project is subject to State Prevailing Wage rates. The awarded GC will be required to submit Apprenticeship Certifications for subcontractors once they are put under contract.
