The Morgan County Board of Commissioners is requesting competitive Sealed Proposals for Construction Management at Risk services associated with the development of a new Parks & Recreational Community Center and Athletic Complex located at 1811 Old Buckhead Road, Madison, GA 30650. Construction Management at Risk Firms or Teams must include at a minimum; Pre-Construction, Construction, and Close-out Phase services. Morgan County has retained a A/E & Civil Engineering team.
