AS of 4/25/2023, this project is canceled, with no award, and will re-bid at a later date. Richland Chambers road pavement has numerous potholes and surface cracking. The District is seeking bids to repair and resurface approximately 19,000 square yards of road at Richland Chambers Compound in Streetman, TX. Contractor shall have a minimum of 10 years experience on similar projects. This shall be a turnkey project. PROJECT LOCATION 140 F.M. 416 Streetman, TX 75859 Prospective bidders must register with the Procurement Website as a plan holder, even if bidding documents are obtained from a plan room or other site. All official notifications, addenda and other documents will be offered only through the Procurement Website. Bid forms obtained from any source other than the District may be incomplete and bidders risk not receiving necessary addenda, or other required documents causing bid to be considered non-responsive, and eliminating the bid from award. The District will not be responsible for the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of the final bid documents obtained from other sources.
