The Work is located at sites near the intersection of West Tropicana Avenue at South Town Center Drive (APN: 164-24-104-006). The PRV-255 site is located on the west side of South Town Center Drive approximately 1,190LF west of the intersection of West Tropicana Avenue atSouth Town Center Drive. The PRV-256 site is located on the west side of South Town Center Drive approximately 610LF South of the intersection of West Tropicana Avenue at South Town Center Drive. The Work at the PRV-255 site consists of construction of a 12-inch by 6-inch PRV station to connect the LVVWD 3090 Pressure Zone to LVVWD 2975 Pressure Zone which includes the installation of two hot taps, 12-inch water pipeline, 6-inch bypass piping, valves, appurtenances, an enclosure, and surface restoration including sidewalk and pavement. The Work at the PRV-256 site consists of construction of a 12-inch by 6-inch PRV station to connect the LWWD 2975 Pressure Zone to LVVWD 2860 Pressure Zone which includes the installation of two hot taps, 12-inch water pipeline, 6-inch bypass piping, valves, appurtenances, an enclosure, and surface restoration including sidewalk and pavement.
