Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Electric City, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; and water / sewer project.
Work generally consists of furnishing and installing an FAA-certified Precision Approach Path Indicator (PAPI) and Runway End Identifier Lights (REILS), to include electrical demolition, electrical improvements, conduit, cable, excavation, seeding, and other miscellaneous items. Questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing, to be received at least three business days before the date and time upon which bids are scheduled to be opened Question Deadline 03/27/2023 Work associated with the proposed project is generally described as follows: Install PAPI and REILs consists of furnishing and installing an FAA-certified Precision Approach Path Indicator and Runway End Identifier Lights. Work includes electrical demolition, electrical equipment, conduit, cable, concrete foundations, site preparation, gravel pad, excavation, and seeding.
